To all members of Pain Concern:

Pain Concern’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held by Microsoft Teams video conference on Tuesday 28th July at 7pm. As one of our valued members we would be delighted if you would join us. 

How to join in

It is very easy:  

• Email trustees@painconcern.org.uk and say you would like to join

• We’ll then send you a link to the meeting

• You can listen, ask questions and participate in the discussion 

• If you cannot attend the meeting in person you can ask someone to attend and/or vote on your behalf

• Let us (trustees@painconcern.org.uk) know if you would like to appoint a proxy and we will send them an invitation

At the meeting, the board of directors will explain what they have been doing to help people living with pain – this is called ‘receiving the directors’ report and accounts.’
