This Health Unlocked forum is for those who have attended a Pain Management Programme.
The forum provides you with ongoing support even after you have finished your Pain Management Programme (PMP). It is a safe place for you to share how you feel, learn from each other and recap on useful techniques covered in the programme(s).
To join please follow the steps:
1. Click ‘join’ in the top right hand corner.
2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Create a username.
Once registered, please complete the online form below and we will send you the link to the forum.

The forum is moderated by Pain Concern volunteers who will share relevant resources that may be useful to you and course content.

Moderation Policy
Pain Concern does not accept posts on the forum which contain abusive language or advertising. Any form of bullying will not be tolerated. In such cases, we are likely to delete posts and may do so without providing warning or explanation. Members who make such posts may be banned or restricted from the forum at our discretion.
Posting that is not relevant to the forum topic may also be considered misuse of the forum and removed. Other forms of misuse of the forum will be judged on a case by case basis and Pain Concern may delete posts, and restrict or ban users where we deem it necessary in order to maintain a safe environment within the forum.
